Lost Dog Prevention
Many lost dogs don’t run away, they slip out during moments of transition, stress, or change. Prevention focuses on understanding how dogs react to new environments, routines, noises, and handling, and preparing for those moments before they happen.
The Retrievers’ prevention approach emphasizes early planning, secure environments, calm introductions, and awareness during high risk situations such as the first days in a new home, travel, holidays, or grooming visits.
