What to bring: Your dog's food, medications, and optional comfort items (bedding, toys). To help your dog feel more comfortable, we encourage you to bring their bed or blanket. If you choose not to bring one, we provide every kennel with a cozy Kuranda bed for your dog’s comfort.
By appointment every day (Sunday–Saturday), between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. You'll choose both dates and drop-off/pick-up times when reserving.
After you create a customer account, non-urgent messages are best handled via email through the customer portal. For time-sensitive needs, text or call us.
Dogs may be allowed to play with other dogs, this is determined case-by-case based on your dog's personality and the current guests. We use the utmost caution when introducing unfamiliar dogs.
All dogs are walked five times daily. Walk length may be adjusted during extreme cold/heat or heavy rain.
If your dog requires medication, it will be administered as prescribed at no additional charge.

02. Receive portal link
We’ll email you a link to the customer portal we use.
03. Create your account
Create your customer account and submit a reservation request.
04. Get confirmation
You’ll be notified once your reservation request is accepted.
Waitlist policy
If there is no availability for your requested boarding dates, your request will be placed on a waiting list. Should an opening arise due to a cancellation, you will be notified and your reservation will be accepted at that time.
